I've sent a Bug report, but hopefully someone has an idea here!
The Two additional non-player controlled parts that are suppose to assist warp off immediately after the animation finishes, the ability stays active but those parts disappear until the ability is cancelled, when they warp back in and rejoin the ship as normally happens when the mode is cancelled.

Things I've tried so far
- Restarting Client
- Changing Active Ship
- Verifying Client
- It started happening on the Hestia Class Advanced Escort (It was functional for a while before it broke) but does the same thing on the normal T5 Multi-Vector Advanced Escort and the Mirror Patrol Escort.
- I've also tried getting my ship destroyed while in multi-vector mode
- Removing all Bridge Officers and Equipment on the Ship excluding the Multi-Vector module
- Removing the Multi-Vector module.
