BUG:
The +20% Runspeed and Traction bonus from Q's Winter Wonderland produces the opposite effect.

Description:
I recently noticed that while playing the Winter Invasion PvE Queue, my character would find themself suddenly having a lot of troubles to run, taking a painfully long time to reach the normal running speed. After some testing, I noticed it was after receiving one of the +20% Runspeed and Traction floating bonus, acquired from defeating the Yeti, and the effect vanishes when the "buff" duration is over. So, it seems the bonus is producing an opposite effect to what it's supposed to do, dramatically slowing down the start of a run as if the character was under the effect of a move speed debuff.

CATEGORY:
Gameplay

How to reproduce (If known.):
1-Be on foot in an instance of Q's Winter Wonderland's Winter Invasion PvE queue that can grant bonuses
2-Check the normal speed during which you can start to run with a character
3-Acquire a +20% Runspeed and Traction bonus by defeating the Yeti
4-Notice the dramatic decrease of run speed at the start of a run and how it continues as long as the bugged bonus affects you
5-Once the buff is dispelled, the run start speed goes back to normal

LOCATION:
Q's Winter Wonderland's Winter Invasion PvE queue where the bonuses are.

Noticed this at least starting last year; it's very annyoing that this seems to be a debuff and not a buff. Not sure if you've noticed the other part, but it's also *not* adding traction, as I find my characters sliding *more* with it on.

I can confirm that this "buff" increases the time it takes to start running and the time it takes to change direction. It's been that way for as long as I can remember.
    Waiting for a programmer ...

Guys the speed is buffed, but traction is reduced. It's always been this way. Obviously this means your feet will slip trying to run from a standing start, as well as turning tight corners, etc.

    Protips:
    • Don't turn on the frosted boots until you are already running.
    • Only turn on the frosted boots when you have some straightaway, or lots of room for turning.
    • Practice the power slide (aka drifting); learn when to start turning and when to ease up on speed.

    We're not talking about that.
