(XB1) Injury reports filled up overflow

Inventory overflow has 114 injury reports/cards.
For example..radiation burns.. head trauma.. cracked ribs and so on. Can't move them on any way.
Can't open reward packs because it says overflow is full. Nothing but injury reports in overflow. Main inventory has been emptied many times..it makes no difference. I want to be able to open reward packs. I.play on xbox one.
