[PS4] Research Lab Consoles and HullHeal Abilities

My fleet recently unlocked Restorative Particle Focuser consoles and the description caught my eye, begging the question of what constitutes a HullHeal ability. Do Traits count as HullHeal abilities?

I think the general definition requires an ability you need to activate, something like Engineering Team, Hazard Emitters or Miracle Worker.
