Iconian Mk XIV [Epic] Deflector missing.

Having come out of the game last night and then come on today to play I noticed it said ('item cannot be loaded') and so I checked my ship and found that Iconian Mk XIV [Epic] Deflector has simply gone missing. I've tried all the normal methods of changing instances, Restarting the game etc. but still it hasn't reappeared.

Has anyone else had similar problems or issues and have any advice for me?
