Saurians can't equip Winter Knit Hat

Simple as that. Bought the knit hat for my Saurian character, and despite an extensive search I couldn't find a way to put it on his scaly head. Yes, I checked under Off Duty as well where I was lead to believe it should be located.

It's a minor thing, but it makes me sad. He'd look so cozy...

Yeah, I just discovered the same thing. And he so needed a hat for his bald head. Wonder if we can get the materials cost refunded. They should at the least add a warning for characters that can't equip it so they don't waste the resources.

Edit: oh my. Just found where Saurians and Talaxians being unable to equip the hat has been reported as a bug since 2014, so alas that probably means there won't be any resolution incoming.

This also appears to be the case for Andorians. I know they've got those fantastic antennae, but I'm pretty sure a couple of holes would solve that problem.
