[PC] Missing "Team" and "Fleet" icon-overlays on ship when used?

This applies to Tac / Eng / Sci Team, Intelligence Fleet, Engineering Fleet.
When I use on myself or friendly player, the overlay doesn't show anymore- though the effects still seem to work. Things like Attack Pattern Beta still show.
Is this a bug or has something changed? Also, I'm pretty sure someone else has used Engineering Team on me, as the overlay pops up when others use it. Weird. Anyone else having this problem?
