K-13 Superior Trait Enhancements Not Working or Missing

My fleet recently upgraded to Tier 2 for the K-13 Fleet Holding and I purchased four superior trait enhancements from the Biologist (Astrophysicist, Techie, Peak Health, and Resilient) but even after switching several maps, relogging, waiting a few days, etc., only the ordinary skills remain. They showed up as purchased in my chat window, the appropriate fleet marks and dilithium were deducted, and they no longer appear in my Biologist window for purchase. I had purchased the superior traits (Elusive, Accurate, Mental Discipline) when my fleet upgraded to Tier 1 and they appear fine but it looks my (Superior) Acute Senses and (Superior) Sturdy are missing as well.

I bought the skills right as the account server issues began on Tuesday so I am wondering if this may have caused a problem. I submitted a ticket but wanted to know if anyone has had a similar problem?

This issue has been resolved. Another thread mentioned that leveling to Tier 5 starship mastery on the T6 Intel Assault Cruiser did something to the skills so they were invalid. It allowed a full respec to reset and restore all of the skills.
