Old winter ship projects don't accept 2016 marks

I still have unfinished projects for the Breen Plesh Brek Heavy Raider (2013) and the Breen Sarr Theln Carrier (2014). These projects claim to accept the current 2016 tokens, but I cannot put those into the projects.

They changed the way it works in June 2016.

Yea you can't sadly finish old Project's if you don't finish them during the event.

Updated the older winter ship projects to accept the Winter Prize Voucher (2016) commodity.

My understanding is that you would no longer be able to finish old ship projects with future currencies. See the post that sgtfloydpepper linked above.
