23rd Century Gorn Uniform Unlocks - What happened?

For a while now, there has been a bug regarding the 23rd Century/TOS Gorn Uniforms that were supposed to be unlocked for KDF players after completing the Battle of Caleb IV episode on a TOS Captain. It was listed under the "Known Issues" part of several release notes, but has since then disappeared. The bug itself still isn't fixed; None of the Gorn uniforms will unlock. Has this just been forgotten about? Or is it unfixable?
