Please list the missions you find to be graphically problematic. For me the only really bad one is Researcher Rescue. Too many items just plan do not render while playing it, which makes taking a new toon through it interesting at times.

Irony of ironies ... the Fleet Embassies, both Federation and Klingon, are severely in need of a lighting tuneup pass. The Administrative Office in both Embassies is just FREAKING DARK, with next to no lights influencing the room interior. The "dining hall" for embassy meetings is an UNLIT BLACK CAVE for the Klingons, with no illumination sources anywhere. The main lobby and OPS is dark for the Federation, but reasonably well lit for the Klingons. The shuttle bay has something weird going on with the shadows cast on the floor, because apparently the sunlight can shine through the roof in a spot where there is hard opaque cover for some reason.
The Orrery in both Dyson Joint Command and in the Fleet Spire now shows a globe "map" feature that looks like a "dog ate my homework" 3D object. I don't remember it looking THIS bad before the lighting update.

"Time in a Bottle" is also terrible. When you are shifted "out of time", the screen becomes so dark that you can't see anything. NPCs/objectives don't "sparkle", so you literally stumble around in the dark. This mission does have a minimap, so you can bumble around until you get an interact pop-up.
The briefing room in "reasearch lab" map in all the Iconian War episodes is waaay too dark. Again, NPCs just hang out in darkness and you have to bumble around until the interact pop-up shows.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."
