I can Buy BOFF

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Start yesterday our star base have new upgrade It is need Common Andorian BOFF all specialization and going to buy them in exchange and then the system said unable to buy even do all my TOON have space to get more BOFF give same error. Please can some resolve these bug to get the upgrade of the star base running or other words to pass the next step upgrade.

    Have you tried the boff requisitions guy under the admiral's office at earth space dock? They cost around 200 refined dilithium each and they should drop boxed into you inventory first if there is space.
