Graphical problem since new lighting system patch

Hi! Anyone has a clue why i have this "graphical problem"? It started a few weeks ago just after the patch, when they introduced the new lighting system. But i am not using that. This distortion happens on the ground when i am rotating the camera close to a console (like bank, exchange, mail), or in sector space, PvE when i am rotating the camera, or moving.

Whenever I run into something like this I usually go through each setting one at a time and turn them off to see which one solves the problem. Depending on your GPU, Drivers, Memory, etc it could be any number of things. There are many options in the Graphics settings that have very little affect on the actually look of the game, but CAN cause issues with some GFX cards. The ones that say " Can affect performance" are usually the ones I turn off first.
So basically go to the place the Issue is happening, turn off a few of the more mundane settings one at a time and its very possible it will go away pretty quickly. A simple way to do this is, if you use the sliders, turn down the sliders a little at a time until it goes away. If the GFX don't look that good, turn them back up and try the settings one at a time. Sounds complicated, but can fix ALOT of in-game issues.

Supposedly changing to windowed maximized fixes the issue. As I don't have this problem I can't verify.

Thanks guys! It seems i found a solution. I turned on antialiasing, and the problem is gone now.

Sadly I couldn't turn off Anti-aliasing on my card. I manged to turn enough visual affects off that deal with lighting and detail that the problem went away. Thank you CaptainChaos66!
