<PS4> BSOD and 5mans not finishing when objectives complete

ever sine we got our last update on console, the game has been crapping out...
8-15 BSOD's a day for me and my fleet members.. and all say it is only arc/cryptic games that have this problem.
this along with 5 man instances not completing, force all to abort out and get the 1hour penalty for doing so is a HUGE PIA
esp. during a 2x xp weekend and the 1st such weekend after finally getting Doffs and being able to build our starbases...
all these bugs are why i dont even bother playing neverwinter anymore and is making a track record for arc/cryptic of being a
bad developer, esp with games that are 5+ years old on PC. one would think ya'll would have figured out how to run these games
by now.
