Problem with episode "Thorn From The Paw"

When trying to defeat the borg command diamond, the allied ships get stuck on the structures, and since there is no way to rally them like your ground away team, it leaves you to fight the command diamond alone which is near impossible with standard equipment.

I've noticed it runs around the map pretty much doing the same thing; spreading out the fleet. I've also noticed that when the diamond gets to about 66% health, it stops taking damge and actually regnerates. Pretty much a mission breaker.
