Counter-command tailor option not appearing [Ps4]

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Ok so, I have come across a issue where my counter-command tailor options are not showing up, before you ask, yes under new costume slot, yes I own all pieces, yes I've equipped unequipped banked and inventory even on buffs, it's still not showing up, yes I have also reloaded and even given it a day, anyone else encountering or have encountered this issue and know a work around/fix?

    Yes, I have the same issue. I opened all pices and wear, and the option thing or whatever does not show.

    Tried the drop-down and selected the Counter-Command instead of Uniform?
