Problem with ARC...

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone else is having the same problem singing into Arc that I'm having today. When I launched the app, Arc opened okay and it seems to have logged into my account okay, however, it does not recognize that I already have a copy of STO installed on my harddrive...
Even the "Scan for Installed Games" does not detect that I have STO already.
How do I fix this?

How do you fix it? Stop wasting your time with arc and use the stand-alone launcher. Problem solved.

Same advice from me. I only use Ac for their daily "quests" to earn free zen, and to get the Khan outfit on my new toons.​​

yes, the quests are used to get free (sort of) zen. ARC does make launching the game somewhat easier, but not that much really.

I looked at it today. Basically install and play all the other games (every day for X days) that Arc has available.

Uninstall Arc and launch the game from it's own .exe. You don't need that resource-hogging spyware on your machine to play this game.

Unable to establish connection to patch server. Arc isn't the issue here.

you only need to look at incoming and outgoing traffic on your computer to know that it is.

i will never use that TRIBBLE.
