I know this might be an old issue for the forums and games. I am having trouble with the arc/ and steam patch launcher, it patches once and then before the game launches, it starts to patch an then i get an error 2 and then restarts, sometimes it gets as high as 30% but the next patch stars at 27% and then down, this has been happening since yesterday, worked fine friday night and into saturday morning, and then this.
