PS4 Error CE-38700-8 and 34878-0 Please Fix this

Hello Cryptic / Arc Games
Since the 1.20 Star Trek Online update, we got a lot of game crashes...
Those Errors (CE-38700-8 and 34878-0) occur when we beam from the ship to Earth Dock or Jenolan Command center, or may be any zone where there is a lot of other players..
They occur also when we switch from one character to another...
Thank you for having fixed all the other bugs, but please fix this one... If the game crashes we can't play. If we can't play, we can't PAY !

i've actually gotten this quite a few times especially on ESD but sometimes during missions such as time and tide when you beam into the Krenim facility.

I don't know if the maintenance of today have repaired the game, but I found a tips to switch from a character to another without crashing the game :
I just go in space, between the stars where we do "Tour the galaxy", before changing character... don't switch to another character if you are in Jenolan Dyson sphere, earth dock, or any area with a lot of players.

Yesterday, I tried to switch from my Fed to my KDF toon when I was at Jenolan Dyson sphere, and when I tried to return to my Fed, the game was crashing again and again... I thought my Fed character was lost...
I had to rebuild the PS4 database to be able to use my Federation character...

How can we log out if we can't even log in ? My Fed science captain was in the command center of Jenolan Dyson sphere, when I switched to another Toon.
When I decided to play again with my Fed captain (the one in Jenolan Dyson sphere command center), STO was crashing and the PS4 returned me ERROR CE-38700-8.
I tried to log on my Fed science captain 10 times, and each time the game was crashing...

The only way I have found to fix this and play again with my Fed science toon was to rebuild the PS4 Database, and it have worked...
Now I can tell you, before switching to another character or log-out, I go in space between the stars...

got CE 34878-0 twice when trying to craft stuff in the R&D screen.

Having the same error popup more than once in the exact same area, after doing the exact same process i.e Research & Development > Slot 1 > Beams > [CE-34878-0], indicates there is a problem in the R&D area of the game.

no crashes since i rebuilt the database *touch wood*, but i won't hold my breath.
