AoY "Specialization x3" achievement blocks "Command Frequency" trait

Upon unlocking the Specialization x3 achievement, the slotted "Command Frequency" trait becomes unselected but still uses up the slot, blocking it.
It's possible to select it again, but in this case it appears twice in the trait list.
Effectively this bug eats up one trait slot.
Happened on my AoY and both other toons on my account which had the trait slotted, still there after game restart.
