Kdf promotion not working xbox1

So I'm stuck kdf character on commander promotion mission not letting jmpok congrats me or complete it and I won't be back on kdf till this is fix I'm deeply sad but if you guys can get this fix asap that be great also same thing on romulan

This is becoming a trend i guess.

As far as I know, this bug has been around since the game launched on consoles.

You can level to 30 and you'll not only get your level 30 ship but your 20 ship also.

From what I hear the dev team basically ignores Klingon's and Romulan's.
