green Winter Nanopulse bathleth upgradeable - other colours not

I have reported that shortly after last winter Event - but still hasn't changed.
The green Nanopulse Bath'let is upgradeable - I have upgraded it on two or three toons to XIV - and even improved Quality.
The blue und red ones - that look better imo - are NOT upgradeable.
