Invisible Torpedoes! YIPEYIPEYIPE!

I've noticed today, that when I use a torpedo attack on one of my characters, that either the torpedoes are invisible(Using the gravimetric torpedo up front, Terran Task Force Ordnance torpedo in the rear), or they do not fire. Regardless of whether I use a spread or high yield activate, or just a normal shot. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, do they know a fix for it? It also happens when an enemy fires a torpedo at me as well. I hear the sounds, but don't see anything coming my way. It's worrisome, as it throws me off should I need to use Rock and Roll to soak some of the hits.

    I experienced this yesterday night..Its scary..Enemies firing torp you cant see and your hull going down leaving you guessing wtf just happened..Game is getting worse and worse now even more so since AoY..Very sad..

    This has happened to me. And this reminds me of a long ago time when the borg one shotted you with the invisible high yield torp of doom. :lol:
