Xbox1 outfits

Getting new content which is great but is it also going to allow xbox1 and PS4 users the ability to change outfits? Have never even heard Arc acknowledge the problem yet. I try everyday but you hit A button but as always nothing happens. Have Delta armor I cant wear which is ridiculous after this long.
