Hello all! I'm starting this to provide a single thread where people can report the inability to complete any promotion quest. This seems to be more than an isolated problem, and I believe that it needs prioritized attention, as it interferes with career development of our characters.
My story: KDF orion tactical captain. Reached 50, can't complete the mission [Promotion]: Lieutenant General. I go to first city, try to talk to J'mpok, but get no option to complete the quest. He only tells me to "talk to the battle masters." I'm now 54. I can't drop/restart the quest. I have received no rewards, including any lifetime member rewards for this character, which I have on other toons.
To the mods: can you please sticky this? It is quite problematic.
To community: So, what's your story? Did you find a work around? How has it affected you? Seems that this is happening to a lot of people now, across platforms. I'm on PC. I've noted it on consoles as well.
