Very Rare Fab Engineer Broken

Very Rare Fabrication Engineer that summons ex Support Drones no longer works.

The rare version says it has a 20% to summon one extra drone. The VR version is suppose to have a 20% chance to summon two extra drones. It now not only summons no extra drones, but oddly states it has a 100% chance to summon them. o.O

Spent about 30 minutes spamming Support drone, no extra spawns. I will update this post after the next patch to see if its fixed.
