Rep passives still locked and cant spend last skill points

greetings, my reman character nergo on my ps4 is currently suffering from an ingame bug where I am unable to spend last ground skill point, cant choose last 2 options on ground progression bar like the tactical training etc, cant select either passive option for space skill tactical progression and my space and ground reputation skills are still locked even tho im lvl 57 and and am currently tier 3 on all reps and I would like this fixed soon please and thank you
