[BUG-PC] While teamed, cannot select which player picks BOFFS for ground missions

The away team window pops up as normal, but when I click on the drop down menu to select which player's BOFFs are used, the list is correct, but does not change the selection when you pick a different player. The BOFF selection works normally, this only applies to choosing which player gets to pick from their list.
This is an annoying bug because some of my friends like to use my BOFFs on missions because I put more time into their equipment and powers setup and if the game randomly selects to use one of their BOFFs instead, we cannot easily change back to mine. This was not an issue before the Qct. 25th patch.
