The new lobi console is not functioning properly in the following ways:
1-Does not increase "Starship Impulse Expertise"
a-This is reflected in there being no change in the "stats" window.
b-There is also no change in speed or turn rate while flying (i.e. this is more than a tooltip bug)
2-Does not increase "Starship Hull Penetration"
a-This is reflected in there being no change in the "stats" window.
b-This has not been tested using a parser, though I would imagine this is going to be the same as item 1.
Please note that the +Exotic Damage portion of the console is functioning correctly.
