Can't see Torps

I haven't tried all torps... but so far I can't see my gravimetric, terran, particle emission or elachi torps being fired. I'm can tell something is firing but I cn't verify if they are firing on the correct cycles or not either becaus I can't see them. This applies to regular fire and spread.... not sure about high yield...... very annoying esp on a torp boat when you can't see your torps.
