h4. Summary
If you Try to Activate Lighting 2.0 when there is an open/active Dialogue Prompt/Interact Window, the game will immediately Crash to Desktop.

h4. Reproduction Steps
# Launch Star Trek Online using One (1) Client using Build ID: ST.66.20161016a.9
# Open the Settings Menu
# Open the Graphics Settings Menu
# Deactivate Lighting 2.0
# Log in to Any Character.
# Wait for a Dialogue Prompt/Interact to Open.

• If one doesn't open Automatically, go to ESD, and talk to Admiral Quinn, or any other NPC.

# With the Dialogue Prompt open:

• Open the Settings Menu
• Open the Graphics Settings Menu
• Activate Lighting 2.0

Crash to Desktop
