10/25 patch seems to have broken Undine Infiltration and Into the Hive.

Hi,
Undine Infiltration Elite (sub-quest fires):
- Fire suppression devises can’t be obtained.
- Fires can’t be extinguished with extinguisher from story mission.
-> PvE can’t be completed
Into the Hive Elite (final stage):
- Upon entering the Queen’s room the mission’s task to do so is not triggered.
- No in-game cinematic of the team entering the room.
- Team can fight the queen however to defeat her does not complete the mission as previous task (enter the room) has not been acknowledged.
-> PvE can’t be completed
Please fix Cryptic.
