Invisible, immovable, unequipable, undeletable item since yesterday's patch

Moving another item onto that slot tells me that my inventory is full. I can't equip it, delete it, or move it to a different spot in my inventory, whatever it is.

samme here, black box in the paper doll window for the kit, can't equip any kit into that slot, either buy r clock fast equip, drag and drop, or r clocking on a kit in inventory and choosing equip. tried zoning, relogging, /lootcancel, and everything I can thing of.

From reading some other posts, I think it might be the ghost of an embassy kit. It seems there's some problems with those, and I used to have one that seems to have gone missing.
