I received a code from ARC and I followed the directions to activate the free pack and the activation says that the code is wrong or I am placing the code in wrong. I am not that stupid that I cannot activate a free product pack. If ARC sends someone a pack of items with a code to my e-mail it should damn well work. I am a lifetime member and I have not only run into this problem but the send links to support do not work. I guess once y'all decided to go to steam it screwed up my P.C.'s interface and will not allow me to play this game.

Second, STO does have some of the lousiest tech support of anybody. I know from experience. I thought it would be different being a lifetime subscriber, in anything it became worse.
