Neutral No More mission

My Romulan alt allied to the KDF who is also in a KDF fleet, can no longer access any romulan ships (I can still access KDF ships), the mission Neutral No More was reset and my guess is something went wrong with this. I'm not willing to complete the mission again (incase of further complications), nor will I log into my other Romulan alts incase this happens to them also.
