in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
After the patch my Universal Kit Module - Crystalline Spike are missing from all of my characters. They are not in the banks or inventories. I have switched characters and instances. 161025-001743

    you can recover the spike from the reclaim tab of the dilithium store at no cost
