Neutral No More Ship Reward Lost

Logging on, I was directed to report to the ship acquisition to pick up a new ship, but one was not available to acquire... Replaying the previous missions did not restore the 'new ship token'...

are you sure you don't have the token? and that you were trying to only pick Romulan ships? (the free ships don't work on your allied ships). I had an issue were I was awarded a ship on my Klingon character got the token, but couldn't redeem because I wasn't actually at a high enough level to get the ship.

Quite sure... I'd previously completed the mission, selected the ship of 'choice' (ie the Andromeda Ascendant-looking thing) customized it, and loaded the next mission. Next time I log in, the game is insisting that I go back to requisitions to pick up a ship, but it wouldn't allow the ship to be selected to 'clear the objective'. Like an idiot, I wondered if dismissing the ship (yes, I transfered all equipment off it first...) and then re-running the missions might i) trigger the 'you can have a new ship' reward and ii) with an empty ship slot, there wouldn't be the conflict of trying to select something already selected. But nope... Every other reward for the levels delivered, except there was no 'Load Screen' faction choice, and no 'new ship token'.

On the plus side, I didn't really like how the ship looked, and as I'd taken all the equipment off the ship, I've loaded it all onto the original T'liss warbird... I'm just hoping I don't hit too much of a level wall before levelling up, and thus being able to get the Mogai instead :D

Now I freely admit, it was my choice to try dismissing the ship so that it might then become 'selectable' again, but it was the bugs caused by the update, which put me in the position of the game insisting I do something, which I had already done...

I had the Romulan ships available to select, but because the level II warbird had already been selected, it couldn't be 're-selected', even though that's what the directive wanted me to do to clear the checkpoint. All the ships are available for dilithium/Zen purchase, but even replaying the prior missions, the 'new ship' reward token wasn't delivered... To be honest, I didn't like how the ship looked anyway, but I wouldn't want other players to be stuck at the same point of the game telling them to go to requisitions, despite already having been... On the plus side, I did get a second Federation exchange officer, who I promptly mailed over to my Fed main, where she's now making herself useful :D

Congrats B) I'm still not getting the 'select new ship' credit, even though the minimap keeps directing me to requisitions... Oh well, I guess this will be the test of how far a former MACO and ragtag bunch of misfits in a souped up T'liss can progress, before their foes overpower them

I know, I know, it's my own fault for actually deleting the recieved Dhelan, but had the game not insisted I needed to select a new ship, I wouldn't've done so... :D

My issue involves the same mission. I never selected a ship (went for first time at lvl 15) and am greeted with this screen [http://i.imgur.com/Nf0q23B.jpg]. Then when I open the ship vendor and select lvl 15 ships I get this [http://i.imgur.com/GNEVqWC.jpg] screen where all ships cost money.

Drydock? I am not following why you had to delete ...
I have a ton of Rommies and probably need to read this whole thing over again ;)

    Qapla!

Ahhh ! Question answered after a more careful read. Thanks :)

I've never used it before, so never thought of that as an alternate option to deleting... B) I think the problem is that the ship upgrade is likely a bit like receiving a specialist BOFF through the game (like Elisa or Tovan) and so once gone, it's gone, so doesn't get re-issued (which is wierd, because each time I replayed the 'choose a faction' mission, I recieved a new (different) Federation BOFF each time...)

So far, Ael's just over halfway to Subcommander, and the oponents haven't been too challenging, so I'm hoping that the uprated kit from the Dhelan will boost the T'liss enough to power through... B)

That's exactly what I'm getting too... Seeing as it's saying that QUINN has authorized a new ship, I'm wondering if the glitch is that the game thinks the permission is cominging from the other faction, but no permission has actually been issued... :-\ Time will tell when Ael hits the rank of Subcommander...
