Can't use Lighting 2.0

The option is greyed out for me, and when I mouse-over, I get the message "This option is not supported by the current GPU." I run a 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 (EVGA), which is DX11 compatible. What is the issue here?

Don't bother, Lighting 2.0 needs some work, it makes most textures look terrible, your better off not using lighting 2.0

Here's my bridge with Lighting 2.0 off and all settings maxed (With Bloom off cause AMD GPU)

Same here cant use new lighting everything is so bright and washed out no matter what settings used,my laptop is a gaming laptop should run STO no problem
