Mail Broken, Would Like A Fix!(XB1)

When I access my mail(whether through the start menu or by accessing the console in game) my game freezes and crashes. This has been going on for a few weeks now and my previous post asking for help never got a reply. Since there is no way of reporting bugs(as far as I can tell) on the XB1 version I am forced to post here. After spending hundreds of $$$ on this game, both pc and console, I really wish that someone could help me, and address this issue. Thank you.
