PS4 Bought the Klingon For federation Bridge officer in the C-Store but I did not recieve anything.

Hi ,
This question is for the ps4 version.
Bought the Klingon For federation Bridge officer in the C-Store but I did not recieve anything in my inventory no box or anything it usually comes in. Am I looking in the wrong place? Should i pick them up elsewhere? I tried the bridge officer requsition but they don't have Klingon officers.
Do you guys maybe know what i needc to do? Or is someting wrong and should i submit a support ticket?

Any help is appriciated!

    hey try going to.

    ship and crew. then bridge officers. then R1 over to recruitment.

    Hi, Just went online and checked the store. If you bought it under the Species tab in Personnel, you bought a playable character. You have to created a new character to see it.

    Note in the store says this: Purchase of this option unlocks it for every character "slot" on an account.

    Which means it is a playable character.

    jup found that out yesterday it's to create a klingon captain.

    Open the C store and go all the way to the bottom under pomotions/claim

    There are two ways to get a Klingon Boff for a Federation captain:

    #1 - Boffs awarded to your captain as they level up. Getting a Klingon as one of 3 Boffs to choose from is rare, but it can happen.
    #2 - Purchase a Federation Klingon Boff from the Exchange. They are rare so they can be expensive especially if it is a very rare female Klingon. For example, on the PC I saw a very rare female Federation Klingon science Boff selling for 4 million EC. On the console I assume it will sell for less since there are a lot more EC floating around in the PC STO economy compared to the console economy.


    For a Federation / KDF aligned Romulan captain, I believe the only way to get a Klingon Boff is to purchase them from the Exchange. All the Boffs I recall getting while leveling up (only have 2 Romulans) were either Romulans or Remans.
