Scheduled Maintenance [October 19th, 2016]

Greetings Captains!
We will be having a platform-wide maintenance tomorrow 10/19 at 5 AM Pacific for 7 hours. There a few updates that are Holodeck specific. You can find our patch notes here.

    Seven hours, that's eight until three, GMT-5...
    Hope this means there's going to be some serious back-end work done for server stability and prepatching for the 25th that's not in the patch notes.

    Don't count on it. Those SNRs started happening after they fixed the map loading screen lock bug so there is something still wrong they need to fix there. At least I don't have to reboot the game, but the wait for the SNR to clear kind of sucks.

    I've had to manually shut the game down a few times cuz of never-ending SNR's in loading screens. Really hope they figure out what the heck is wrong and fix it soon.

    I understand the need for maintenance, but can i make one minor request?
    Can we compare schedules for the next time so it doesn't always coincide with my day off. ^_^
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Seven hours? Really? By my math, that means there won't be much STO today, or tomorrow, or for the next week while all the new conflicts with the untested portions of this update that pop up, are dealt with.

    Come on all, This is perfect world we are talking about. They never get much right and will always be chasing the bugs so just take it as it is and wait to see what other good bugs they are about to release on us all today. Don't forget they have 7 hours to create plenty more and i can tell you with 1000% confidence that we will defo be seeing more bugs today not less!!! Perfect worlds work ethic is repair one bug get three back. ;-)

    They fixed what? I'm still hanging regularly when trying to load maps.

    u have my money for t6 ships jhuael, faeeht and maleem, each of them cost 3000 zen, maybe 1 of them i bought w 20%off sale cant remember... ALL of them infected with the turn rate bug.. all info we have is from captainspartan that u work on it, almost 2 weeks ago.. why dont u give us more info???? !! COMMUNICATION !!

    There a few updates that are Holodeck specific.
    Resolved an issue where Jem’Hadar Attack Ships would not launch from a Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier.

    "A few updates" is plural, if there was more than one update.

    "An update" would be singular, as in there is only one update.

    This is "an update", not "a few updates".​​

    I hope that you improve the Game Engize and also add better Cinematics for characters (example when boarding a spaceship or shuttle). Need improvements in Graphics detail too.

    I hope one day to give us the option to control the ship from inside the bridge and not only outside for more realistic gameplay
