Tholian ship naming (redux?)

Recently, I picked up an Orb Weaver... and was surprised that there is no prefix option (USS/TAV(?)/none). This has apparently slipped under the proverbial radar for some time now (reference). While I do not know if the Taranula has this issue as well, I know it does not arise with the Mesh Weaver or other ships like the Xyfius and Plesh Brek.

I would point out that this problem is still live post-patch...
