Xbox - Console ability missing: Magnometric Overload

The ability Magnometric Overload, which comes from Console - Universal - Magnometric Generator from the C-Store ship Koro't'inga Battle Cruiser, does not appear in any ability radial. It starts defaulted to the X (Science) button, but is not found in that radial or the LB (item/console) radial.
