Exchange bug?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I just found out i can only post 9 items to the exchange, it use to be more then that. Was this a change i missed or is it a bug?
And if so are more people experiencing it?

    Never mind i figured it out, i needed to empty my mailbox!!
