PS4 : Impossible to visit Starship interior (only the bridge)

Hello,
Since some days, may be one or two weeks we cannot visit the ship interior on PS4...
Starfleet players are restricted to the bridge... It is impossible for us to use the turbo lift from the bridge to the Crew room, engineering room or astrometric...
Once inside the turbo lift on the bridge, the only option we have is leave ship interior.
Please fix this... It is very frustrating for people who bought special ship interior like Pathfinder + Voyager interior...

Same on the Xbox One. I can't even complete a Klingon mission because it requires you to use the turbo lift.

go to your ready room and you'll find the option on the place shelves decoration

If that's the mission that requires you place a trophy in the mess hall then you can do that via your ready room.

Go to the trophy shelves in your ready room and when you interact with them you will be able to scroll down to mess hall / place on floor.

Now you say it, even my trophies have been removed from the wall...
I really hope they will fix the ship interior problem soon enough...
The last server maintenance was catastrophic, they have broken everything...

Same for me, I can't visit any interior areas on any of my ships. I have change bridge layouts and still cannot go anywhere but the bridge and ready room.

how do you get a turbo lift to move ? I tried key F and it did not work
