can't turn in kdf promotion missions x1

randomly got this bug. i'm playing kdf each time i get promoted the game tells to go to first city and speak to the chancellor but when i get there i have no objective and the chancellor tells me to speak to the battle masters so i can't turn in the quest

all ready been there. it was the first thing i did but i haven't got a ship token. it buged out on me after i got a lvl 20 ship

Can confirm this happened to my character as well. Hit 20, went to the chancellor but no quest update, no token, no redirect to shipyard. Went to shipyard and had no token to get a ship. Ended up getting a vandal destroyer anyway bc plasma leach is win, but this would make 20 to 30 a big pain otherwise!
