23C Captain Not Receiving Terran Marks

I've recently returned to the game from a bit of a hiatus and seem to be encountering a bit of a problem; one of my AoY characters - Male Tellarite Engineer, 23C Starfleet, Temporal Agent - doesn't seem to be earning Terran Marks in the Badlands Battlezones. Through about four or five different 'areas' of the Battlezone, I've consistantly received supposed Tier III rewards of a paltry number of Experience and Skill Points or even Tier II or I rewards; even after taking part in defeating the Klingon Alliance Starbase and Empok Nor, with the only Terran Marks I've gotten being the 35 Mark 'bonus' for all three bases being defeated - none for any of the various 'areas' or the two bases themselves.

    Oh, and I suppose that, with the current cross-platform situation, I should also include that it's happening on a PC.
