I am super annoyed that my cash purchased faeht intel has the same turn rate my d'derix battlecruiser did. Even worse that entire romulan story arc bugged on console due to faction alignment issues, but now I feel I may have wasted a good deal of money as well as my time. Only saving grace is that by dropping forward speed to 50% you can double even the bugged turn rate and squeeze something out of it.
yoo, xbox and ps escorts, im done w this here, i call everyone on to tell this to xbox\ps support per email ticket or support homepage.... we dont get for what we payed for over 3 days now... maybe our plattforms support can help. arc cant ignore them like they do us here...
arc listen: maybe u didnt find the source of the problem. we dont know u dont share any info w us... in space sector normal turn rate, in combat zone its exactly like in borg fluicid dynamics... the source is maybe the maps in connection w the escorts.. think about it..
I hope it's fixed soon, makes my escort almost unplayable. Thus, I pretty much don't play other than to sit in front of the crystalline entity for my daily shard then turn it off again
Not just escort, intel warbird is not technically an escort and suffers major turn rate issue. I have a sneaking suspicion that they were trying to make it more realistic with the inertia factor and the way it would affect actual turns in space. Unfortunately, rather than make it more realistic all they've done is break space combat mechanics. Surprisingly the equipment titled inertial dampers, does not actually affect one's ability to dump inertia. Rather than try and fix things that aren't broken, they really ought to focus on fixing the things that are broken. If they truly want the realism for space combat mechanics they need to consult the starpoint gemini 2 game dev team. Freaking love flying an assault run where I can spin to keep broadside cannons on target while still maintaining my original flight vector.
Last note here, ARC IS NOT THE DEVELOPER. They are simply the host for cryptic/perfect world entertainment so those companies don't have to acquire their own server system. ARC can certainly be blamed for all the random server disconnects, but the core game programming is not on ARC. Personally I will be appealing to ARC first to take away my zen purchased POS that is supposed to be an intel cruiser, and refund my full amount of ZEN. Can always spend the zen on a game that works
one thing you guys will learn is cryptic do not do hot fixes unless it's a bug or glitch that is causing them to lose money, with some bug's in neverwinter it's taken them 6 mods to fix a problem and it's normally 3 to 4 months between mods, they are the worse gaming studio iv ever come across for fixing bug's in there own games, which is a shame because they make good games, cryptic pull your finger out
Ok my phone won't let me quote for some reason, but fuppet idk how it was on never winter didn't play that TRIBBLE game, but on sto they have all ways been quick to fix there patch day bugs, most of the time in the 6 years I have played just hours after patch, this on the console will take time it's a pc port and there are bound to be problems, plus if I understand correctly pwe has to wait for Sony/Microsoft to approve patches, not to mention it may be different fixes on both systems
The turn rate on my T6 escort seems a bit improved on PS4, but still feels very sluggish compared to before the patch. Evasive Maneuvers still doesn't even seem to affect the ship's speed or turn rate.
I'm beginning to think this was an intentional nerf to escorts or someone has a messed up idea about how they should handle during flight. I hope they roll back the "fix" in the next patch, because it turned a fun ship into just a small cruiser as far as flight handling is concerned.
Can escorts on PC turn on a dime, or was that never intended for escorts on consoles?

I doubt it's intentional. It's more likely that the improvements they made to flight have been messed up in some way.
Guys, it helps to read a thread before you comment on it. There is a dev response on the first page where it is stated that they are looking into this (and other issues; if you're looking for the dev response, look for bright yellow text that indicates a dev profile). Have some patience.

When it comes to not receiving what's been paid for, patience wears thin quickly. It's terrible customer service to not formally address such a serious issue.
When do i start crying.. Is now a good time??? *loads up Elder Scrolls again* .. I mine as well go back to eso- major patch coming out next week for them.
the only time iv ever seen cryptic do a hot fix on console in 3 years was with a cash shop item bug, but this was after cryptic telling us they can't do hot fixes on console for years lol, they make themselves look stupid

Man first I can't finish the dragons deceit mission, and now this? This is borderline unplayable.

> I will certainly pursue a refund if this carries on for much longer. Absolutely livid that I didn't get what I paid for.
Indeed, this should not take a week to fix. Ridiculous

Well their Twitter said "no new patch notes" I hope it gets fixed though.
I'm at work, but I am guessing this, and many other issues, wasn't resolved today, huh?
"Star trek: Crusiers Online" which is just in time for the dreadnaught bundle.
