Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier T5 instead of T6 XB1

When I opened the Jem'Hadar T6 box I, instead, got a T5. Contacted arc support and they told me to poat here.

Did you purchase the box off the exchange?

Nope. Got it from a Cardassian Lock Box on Xbox One.

And trust me it said tier 6 on it.

When? Was this weeks ago or this week?

There is a dev post in this thread about it and the resoluyion. As far as I know support are the ones to help with this.

Still no resolution for me.

Happened 2-3 weeks ago.

The ticket I opened was replied to with "Unfortunately, this is an unknown issue.... Please submit a bug report."
