shield reflection skill

not sure if bugged or working as intended but as of now its complete garbage. been testing it and been getting around 4-60 dps from it. usually procs 4 times on isa.

really dont want to have to buy respec token. please look into this skill. what makes it hurt more is i was disappointed in drain infection so decided to switch. huge mistake. there shouldn't be a noob trap skill. appreciate it if looked into. thanks for reading
